NOTICE OF LOTTERY DRAWING TO DETERMINE BALLOT POSITIONS FOR THE APRIL 2019 ELECTION FOR THE COUNTY OF ADAMS, ILLINOIS

  1. A lottery will be held on December 26, 2018, at 9:00am in the office of the Adams County Clerk at Quincy, Illinois, for the purpose of determining the position placement of certain individuals on the official ballot for the Consolidated Election to be held on APRIL 2, 2019, in the aforesaid jurisdiction. The first ballot position for the Quincy Public Schools #172 School Board and for the Liberty CUSD #2 School Board will be established.

  2. The Quincy School Board Lottery will include Shelley L. Arns, Carol W. Nichols, James S. Whitfield, and Michael Troup.

  3. The Liberty School Board Lottery will include Julia Poulter and Rod Barry.

  4. Any person desiring to appear at the lottery may contact Chuck Venvertloh, Adams County Clerk, at 507 Vermont Street, Quincy, Illinois, or at 217-277-2150.
